Footage courtesy of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@TheUltimateRenewableTM\">@TheUltimateRenewableTM<\/a><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>FWPA CEO Andrew Leighton said Sarah had shown leadership and exemplary performance in her current role, quickly grasping the nuances of the organisation and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSarah was the ideal choice,\u201d Mr Leighton said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe is familiar with the role and all elements of FWPA\u2019s diverse range of marketing programs. Her knowledge and experience will ensure a seamless transition for the organisation.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe step up for Sarah also comes at an important time in our organisation\u2019s future as we roll out our new strategic plan.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe has a clear understanding of FWPA\u2019s objective of driving growth in the demand for forest and wood products, and of our commitment to delivering a high level of transparency and accountability to our members.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSarah exemplifies the qualities of openness, honesty, and collaboration that we strive to embed in FWPA\u2019s culture.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarah said she was thrilled to take on the role and thanked Mr Leighton and the board for their confidence in offering her the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFWPA is an incredible organisation that plays a critical part in both educating and promoting the benefits of wood and wood products.,\u201d Sarah said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI love the diversity of the industry, the people, and the many ways we engage with our stakeholders. It\u2019s always interesting and challenging.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis role comes with a talented team and the support of my colleagues.
